About Me

My photo
Canon R Darmody
I have been married to June since 1972. We have three grown up sons and a lovely granddaughter. For the past 10.5 years I have been Team Rector of The Ramseys and Upwood Team Ministry. For the past two years I have been an Honorary Canon of Ely Cathedral. The photo of me was taken in a supermarket in Kampala when we were buying torches for the people we were staying with in North Kigezi Diocese. I am grateful for Bishop Edward Muhima who's ministry and friendship has made a great difference to my own life and ministry. Uganda has literally changed our lives. we are grateful to be able to share the needs of the people there with you in this country. For the first time we are taking a group to Uganda this summer. I feel sure it will be a life changing experience for them too.
